Exam-based certification has its own commercial model, separate from issuance plans. We tailor the proposal to candidate volume, who pays for the exam (the organization, the professional's employer or the candidate), vouchers and renewal.

Quem escreve as questões?
The organization does. Build the question bank in the dashboard or import a spreadsheet, including each question's skill, weight and explanation. SmartCerts handles exams, grading and issuance.
As questões ficam expostas?
Each exam randomly selects questions and shuffles answers. Correct answers are never sent to the candidate's browser: grading happens on the server at submission.
Tem supervisão por câmera ou centro de provas?
Not currently. Exams are online with a server-controlled timer, automatic saving and a record of tab exits. If your program requires supervision, we can discuss the format.
O que é a trilha de certificação?
A sequence of program levels, such as Fundamentals, Professional and Specialist. Each has its own exam and question bank and can require the previous certification. The track has a public page showing the steps.
A certificação pode ter validade?
Yes. Set validity in months; the credential shows the date and appears as expired afterward. Renewal requires a new exam.
A marca que aparece é a nossa?
Yes. The credential is issued in your organization's name, with your logo, color, signature and program name. SmartCerts is shown as the verification infrastructure.
Quem paga a prova?
It depends on the program: the organization, the professional's employer through vouchers, or the candidate. This is defined in the tailored proposal.
E os dados dos candidatos?
We process names, emails and results only to administer exams, issue and verify credentials. Organizations can access and export their program results.
