Issue bulk certificates
Hundreds of certificates in one step: a list of names and emails is all you need.
List format
One person per line, with name and email separated by comma, semicolon or tab (as copied from a spreadsheet). Optionally include a different title and extra information.

What happens next
- SmartCerts creates a credential for each person, with a unique code.
- Review and issue: each person receives an email with their link.
- If someone appears twice in the list, the credential isn't duplicated.
